Custom study plan

Before buying hours, know how many you need.

If you cannot say how many hours you need (whether the problem is the whole syllabus or two chapters, whether a revision is enough or you need to start again from zero), you should not have to work it out alone. It is the most common question I get, and it is the one this plan answers.

A written document built on your numbers: the syllabus mapped to the official source, how many hours each topic needs, the path options side by side and the calendar up to the day of the test. Free, with no obligation to buy.

What it contains

Six things, all with numbers.

The syllabus mapped to the official source

Not a generic list of topics: this year's syllabus, read line by line from the official source (CISIA for the TOLC tests, the university's call for applications, the national school syllabus) and reorganised into blocks of work.

How many hours each block needs

An estimate for each block, on two levels: the minimum to answer the questions that really appear, and the mastery that also holds up in first-year exams. That way you know where the total comes from.

The path options side by side

Not just one price: two, three or four alternatives showing how much you cover, what is left out and what it costs. Including the ones I advise you not to take, and why.

The calendar, session by session

From the first lesson to the day of the test or exam: what you do in each session, how many per week, in what order, and when the syllabus closes to leave room for practice tests.

What NOT to study

The part almost nobody tells you. In the TOLC-I, for example, there is no biology, no earth science and no calculus: knowing what is off the syllabus is worth as much as knowing what is on it.

Terms and prices in plain sight

Total, hourly rate, instalments, how long the package lasts and what is included. In black and white, so you can read it again calmly and talk it over with your family without relying on memory.

What changes, in practice

No more guessing: you compare numbers.

Without a plan, the choice is almost always blind: you take a package of hours and hope it is enough, or you take more than you need to feel safe. With the plan in hand, it becomes a different decision: you know how many hours cover only your weak spots, how many it takes to finish the whole syllabus with room to spare, and what each option costs. You compare them calmly, perhaps with whoever decides with you in your family, without having to rely on your memory of what you were told in conversation.

The plan also takes things off your mind: knowing what you do not need to study is worth as much as knowing what you do. It is written in black and white, with the source (the syllabus, the call for applications, the school programme), so you are no longer guessing which chapters deserve your afternoons and which do not.

It is not a quote disguised as consulting: you can take the document and use it even if you then decide to prepare on your own or with someone else. If you do want lessons with me, the plan is already the base we start from, with no time wasted working out again what you need.

How it works

Three steps, none of which you pay for.

STEP 01

Take a practice test, free

You need a measured starting point, not an estimated one. The practice tests on the site are free, with the structure and scoring of the real test; the solutions arrive by email, or straight away on the page with a free account.

STEP 02

Tell me your situation, however you prefer

A message, a voice note on WhatsApp or a call: pick whichever costs you the least effort. I need to know where you are strong, where you get stuck and what you are facing: a test, a failed subject, an exam. If writing puts you off, send a voice note: two minutes of talking explains a situation that would take half a page to write, and nobody checks your grammar.

STEP 03

Receive the written plan

I read what you sent me together with the official syllabus or programme, and write you the plan: a document like the one you can download below, built on your numbers. It is yours, with no obligation to buy a lesson package afterwards.

The free practice tests are here. To tell me about your situation, message me on (a voice note is perfectly fine) or go to contact if you prefer a call.

An extract of a plan for the Science section of the TOLC-I: physics, electromagnetism and chemistry. The student profile on the cover is made up; the method is real: twelve syllabus blocks mapped to the CISIA syllabus, the estimated hours for each and an extract of the session calendar. The sample is written in Italian.

5 pages, PDF. The plan you receive is much more detailed: every block expanded into the sub-topics that really appear in the questions, the hours reweighted on your weak spots, the path options with totals and the full calendar up to the day of the test.

What I make it for

Admission tests, the maturità, exams.

The document has the same form whatever it is for, whether an admission test, the maturità (Italy's school-leaving exam), a university exam or a catch-up exam; what changes is the source of the syllabus. CISIA syllabus for the TOLC tests, the university's call for applications for its own tests, the school or course programme in the other cases.

Questions

What people ask me most often.

Is the study plan paid for?

No. The plan is free, whichever way you tell me about your situation: message, voice note or call. There is no obligation to buy a lesson package afterwards.

Do I have to make a call?

No. You can describe your situation in writing: a message or a voice note on WhatsApp is enough, and it is as convenient for me as a call. The call remains an option if you prefer to talk it through, not a required step.

How long does it take to get it?

I prepare it after you have told me about your situation, usually within a few hours. If you have already taken a practice test and send me the score section by section, it is quicker and the plan starts already calibrated on your numbers.

Is it only for admission tests?

No. The form is the same whether you are preparing for an admission test, the maturità, a catch-up exam or a university exam. What changes is the source of the syllabus: the CISIA syllabus for the TOLC tests, the call for applications for university tests, the school or course programme in the other cases.

Are the hours in the plan guaranteed?

They are reasoned estimates, not promises, and the document states the assumption behind them: every hour of lesson presupposes one to one and a half hours of independent practice between lessons. Without that part the number of hours doubles, and that often happens.

Can the plan be changed later?

Yes, and it is normal for that to happen. After the first lessons you can see whether the priorities were the right ones; if they were not, the hours are reallocated. The hours are credits, not a programme carved in stone.

Let's start from your numbers.

Message me, send a voice note or call me: whichever suits you best. Just tell me where you are stuck and what you are facing, and I will take care of the rest.
