Teach. We'll take care of the rest.
We are looking for tutors for 1-to-1 online lessons with school and university students. You bring expertise and a desire to teach; students, families and payments are our job.
You teach, we take care of the rest.
How the collaboration works.
The model is simple: GL Ripetizioni brings the students and handles the relationship with families, and you do just the part you enjoy. Want to see how we work with students? Have a look at the method and the subjects we already teach.
We find the students
Requests, families and payments are handled by GL Ripetizioni: you receive students who are already assigned and focus only on the lessons.
No ties, no exclusivity
You organise the lessons yourself, agreeing times with the student. No imposed hours, no minimum hours, and you are free to withdraw whenever you like.
Clear pay, in writing
Hourly rate varying by level (primary, middle school, high school, university), agreed in writing before you start. Paid monthly, based on the hours actually taught.
Tools ready to use
Personal area with a dedicated synced calendar, materials shared with students, lesson recaps and progress tracking. No bureaucracy to invent.
Not just STEM.
Maths, physics and computer science are our core — and requests already exceed the hours available. But we are widening what we offer: languages, Latin and Greek, Italian, economics and any subject you are truly good at are all welcome. Clarity in explaining matters more than a perfect academic CV: if you can make things understood, we want to meet you. For online lessons we ask for suitable equipment: a tablet with a stylus and screen sharing (preferred) or at least a graphics tablet.
How it works in 4 steps.
- 01
Apply: registration, CV and sample lesson
In the sign-up form choose the Tutor profile: you list your subjects and levels, upload your CV as a PDF (required) together with the sample lesson, and accept the Letter of Understanding that governs the collaboration — one page, plain language. Without a CV we cannot assess the application.

We review your application
We review every application in person, usually within a couple of days, and email you the outcome. If you prefer more direct contact, send us a couple of lines about yourself by email or WhatsApp anyway.
Write to glripetizioni@gmail.com → - 03
Receive your first student
If your application is approved, your account goes live: dedicated calendar, materials and students assigned by us according to subjects and levels. We handle the initial alignment with the family; the first lesson with each new student is the one in which the family decides whether to continue.

Teach, fill in the recap, get paid
Online 1-to-1 lessons at times you agree with the student. After every lesson you fill in a short recap in your personal area; pay is monthly, based on the hours taught.

Frequently asked questions.
Which subjects are you looking for?
All of them. Maths, physics and computer science are our core and already attract more requests than we can cover, but we want to widen what we offer with languages, humanities, economics and more. If your subject isn't on the site yet, apply anyway: it's exactly what we are looking for.
How much does a tutor earn?
The hourly rate varies by level (primary, middle school, high school, university) and is agreed in writing before you start, depending on experience and subject. We don't publish the figures online: you will find them in the proposal you receive with your approval. Payment is monthly, based on the hours actually taught.
Is there a minimum number of hours or an exclusivity tie?
No. You decide how much availability to offer and update it whenever you like; there is no employment-style subordination and no exclusivity, and either party can withdraw freely with a simple notice.
How do the lessons work?
Online, 1-to-1, by video call. You have a dedicated calendar synced with the personal area, you share materials with students, and at the end you fill in a short recap that feeds the progress tracking. The way we work is described on the Method page.
What does GL Ripetizioni do for me?
It finds the students, looks after the relationship with families, agrees the price with them and collects the payments. It gives you a dedicated calendar, shared materials, lesson recaps and progress tracking. You teach and receive the pay agreed in writing.
Who are my students and who talks to the families?
We assign the students, based on the subjects, levels and availability you indicate. We handle the initial alignment with the family, before you meet the student. Everything administrative — payments, new assignments, any problems — goes through GL; with the student you only agree directly the times of the lessons already assigned.
What do I need to apply?
Your CV as a PDF and a sample lesson, to upload in the sign-up form: without them we cannot assess the application. For online lessons we ask for suitable equipment: a tablet with a stylus and screen sharing (preferred) or at least a graphics tablet.
How do I manage the calendar and the times?
You have a dedicated calendar, synced with your personal area. You decide your availability and update it whenever you like; you agree the lesson times with each student directly.
What do I have to do after every lesson?
You fill in a short recap in your personal area: topics covered, a grade from 1 to 10 and a few lines of detail. It is the account of the lesson that the family receives, and it feeds the progress tracking.
Ready to start?
Applying takes two minutes. Send your CV and introduction to glripetizioni@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
