How payment works.
Every payment happens offline: no credit cards on the site, no automatic subscriptions. Once we have agreed on the package you receive these options by email:

PayPal · even without an account, by card- Card · through the Revolut payment link we send you: no card details on the site

On request we send you an email summary at the end of the month with the dates and hours of the lessons you had.
The 10-lesson package becomes a credit balance: what is left is always visible in your personal area, updated after every lesson.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
Payment is made offline by bank transfer, Satispay, PayPal, card, Apple Pay or Revolut (card and Apple Pay go through the Revolut payment link we send you, so you never enter card details on the site). We send you the details once we have agreed on the package and the time. No credit cards on the site, no online checkout.
Can I cancel a lesson?
Yes, just let us know on WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. The lesson is rescheduled at no extra cost. If you cancel later than that, the lesson is still counted.
How long do packages last?
Credits are valid for 5 months from the date they are credited: a generous limit, designed not to rush you. Hours not used by the expiry date lapse. Your personal area always shows how long they are valid for.
Can two people share a lesson?
Yes: with a shared lesson, two people working on the same topic — classmates, friends, siblings — take the same online lesson together with the same tutor, and each pays their own share; anyone with package hours uses their own, one hour per hour of lesson, just like a single lesson. You request it from the booking page by adding the second person’s name; the current price per person is on the Pricing page.
What happens in a lesson?
The lesson is a video call (Google Meet) with a shared digital whiteboard. We work on your topics, exercises and questions. At the end you receive notes and summaries by email or WhatsApp.
Can I talk to you before deciding?
Yes. Book a free 30-minute introductory call: together we work out where you are starting from, we suggest the tutor and plan that suit you best, and you decide afterwards. No commitment.
