At least 60 minutes. On request we can also do 90-minute or 2-hour sessions — useful for university, or when you need a long block before a test.

Yes. Book a free 30-minute introductory call by phone: together we work out where you are and suggest the most suitable tutor and plan. No commitment.

Bank transfer, Satispay, PayPal, card, Apple Pay or Revolut. Instructions arrive by email after you book. No cards on the site: we keep things simple on purpose.

The initial introductory call is always free. For lessons, payment comes afterwards, with timing and format we agree together — you will find all the details on the Pricing page.

Yes: on request we email you a summary at the end of the month with dates, lesson length and subject. It is an informal report for personal use, not a tax document.

Credits are valid for 5 months from the date they are credited: a generous limit, designed not to rush you. Hours not used by the expiry date lapse. Your personal area always shows how long they are valid for.

Yes: with a shared lesson, two people working on the same topic — classmates, friends, siblings — take the same online lesson together with the same tutor, and each pays their own share; anyone with package hours uses their own, one hour per hour of lesson, just like a single lesson. You request it from the booking page by adding the second person’s name; the current price per person is on the Pricing page.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours the lesson is still deducted from the package, except for agreed emergencies.

Yes, and we encourage it so you can listen again to the hardest parts. Recordings stay in your personal area.

Once we have agreed the package, you book slots from the personal area or via WhatsApp. Availability is updated in real time.

It depends on the tutor: each tutor has their own availability, mostly afternoons and evenings on weekdays, visible directly when you book.

Yes, for minors the account is held by the parent. All communications go through you.

Of course. In fact, for the introductory call it is often useful. After that, we leave it up to you: some students express themselves better without a parent on the line.

Yes, every 5 lessons we email a short report on the topics covered, weak points and next goals.

A computer with a webcam and microphone, a decent connection and a sheet of paper for notes. We provide everything else.

Yes. Authentication is handled by Supabase and hosting is on Netlify in the EU. We do not share data with third parties or use it for profiling. See the Privacy Policy for details.

All PDFs are downloadable and yours for ever, even if you stop the lessons.
