TOLC-F practice test with the structure of the CISIA exam.
Same sections, same weight per subject, same scoring as the CISIA TOLC-F for pharmacy. At the end you get your score out of 50, the breakdown by section and topic, and the correct answer to every question by email — even the ones you skipped; with an account you see them straight away on this page. The step-by-step solution unlocks with your first lesson.
The TOLC-F is the CISIA admission test for pharmacy degrees at Italian universities.

Two worked examples from the test
Il compito principale dei globuli rossi (eritrociti) è:
Solution
Risposta: A.
Due atomi dello stesso elemento con diverso numero di neutroni sono detti:
Solution
Risposta: A.

Frequently asked questions.
Is the practice test identical to the real TOLC-F?
It follows the 2026 CISIA structure: 50 questions across 5 separately timed sections — 15 biology, 15 chemistry, 7 maths, 7 physics, 6 logic — plus 30 English questions in 15 minutes, marked separately. Scoring is +1 for a correct answer, −0.25 for a wrong one and 0 for a blank (there is no penalty in the English section). The questions are original, written in the style of the official syllabus — they are not copied CISIA questions.
Are the minutes per section 100% official?
Yes: the questions (15-15-7-7-6) and the minutes per section (20-20-12-12-8, 72 in total) are the ones CISIA publishes on its TOLC-F structure and syllabus page. Structure and syllabus can change from one year to the next: always check the one for the current year and your university’s call for applications.
Why do biology and chemistry weigh so much in the TOLC-F?
Together they make up 30 questions out of 50, 60% of the test: more than half of the score depends on these two subjects, not on maths and physics as you might expect from the name “science test”.
Can I retake the practice test more than once?
Yes, as often as you like. The questions are drawn at random from a bank of verified questions for each area, so every attempt is a different test. If you close the page halfway through, the test resumes where you left off.
What if my score is low?
That is exactly why the practice test exists: at the end you see the breakdown by section and by topic, so you know where to focus your revision. If you would like a hand, the first call with me is a free diagnostic: we look at the results together and build a plan around your real gaps.
Want to raise your score for real?
The practice test shows you where you lose points; in lessons we work exactly there, on the official CISIA questions, with a timed practice test every 3–4 lessons. Read how the TOLC-F preparation works or start with the free diagnostic call.
