FAQ

Business English: questions.

Do you offer paths for companies or company teams?

Yes. We work with individual professionals as well as small teams. For teams we build a tailor-made programme around the company's real scenarios: the emails they actually write, the calls they have every week, the terminology of the sector. Write to us by email or WhatsApp for a personalised quote.

Can I have lessons at lunch break or late in the evening?

Absolutely. Claudia works with professionals who have packed diaries, so times are flexible: early morning, midday, late afternoon or evening. The preferred slot is agreed when the path is set up.

I already work in English every day. Can I sound more natural and less "textbook"?

That is exactly the most common case among the professionals we work with. Being able to communicate in English is not the same as sounding fluent and authentic. Claudia is a native speaker and immediately spots the constructions that "sound like translation": we replace them with native expressions, in the right register, without going through formal grammar rules.

What level do I need to start Business English?

At least a solid B1 (intermediate level). With less than that, basic vocabulary is missing and Business English does not hold up. If you are below B1, it is better to consolidate the foundations first with a general path, then move on to the professional one. We always do a free introductory call to assess your level and decide the starting point together.

How long does a typical Business English path last?

It depends on the goal. To improve emails and written communication, 8-12 concentrated lessons are often enough. To work on presentations, negotiation and leadership language, we are talking about 20-30 lessons spread over 3-4 months. The 10-hour package is the format most chosen by professionals: it lets you measure progress before deciding whether to continue.
